Return Policy

Items may be returned WITHIN 14 DAYS for a full refund of the item price (shipping is not refunded). All items must be returned by mail in new condition. Note: please contact us using the form below BEFORE returning your purchase so we can confirm eligibility. Custom orders are not returnable unless received as defective. Refund will be issued within two days of receipt.

If an item is being exchanged, the buyer pays for the shipping to return the original item and the cost to re-ship the exchange.
